Terms of Service

Calvora Dental Technologies Pvt Ltd(“Calvora”, “we”, “us”) is a dental laboratory providing custom dental prosthetics and related services to registered dental professionals (“Dentists”) in India. Our services are not available directly to patients or the general public.

The Calvora portal is available exclusively to licensed dental professionals registered with the Dental Council of India or equivalent state body. By creating an account you confirm you hold a valid dental registration.

You must provide accurate clinic details. Your account is personal to your clinic and may not be shared. We reserve the right to verify your registration and suspend accounts that cannot be verified.

By submitting a case you confirm:

• The prescription is clinically accurate.
• The scan/impression is of adequate quality for fabrication.
• You have the patient's consent for their data to be processed for lab work.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) exclusive of GST. The estimate shown at submission is indicative; final price is confirmed at dispatch. We reserve the right to revise prices with 7 days notice.

Discounts (5% pay-on-dispatch, 6.5% wallet) apply to lab charges only and cannot be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to suspend service for accounts with outstanding dues over 45 days.

We target next-day delivery for cases accepted before 7pm. Delivery timelines are targets, not guarantees.

Risk passes to the clinic on delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or force majeure.

All digital design files produced by Calvora remain the property of Calvora until full payment is received.

Calvora’s liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the disputed case.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or clinical outcomes arising from our work.

Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the prescribing dentist.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
