How we make it.

Process discipline borrowed from precision manufacturing. Applied to dentistry.

Milling

Three mills. Every spec published.

01

MEK T8 Pro

5-axis wet/dry mill — primary milling machine

The T8 Pro is our primary milling centre — a 5-axis machine capable of milling the full range of dental materials from zirconia and e.max to titanium and PEEK. With a 32-tool automatic changer and both wet and dry milling modes, it handles everything from single crowns to multi-unit implant bridges without manual intervention between jobs.

MEK W5

12-tool wet/dry mill — glass ceramic & abutment station

The W5 runs in parallel with the T8 Pro as our dedicated station for glass ceramic restorations and abutment work. Its compact footprint and 3,000–60,000 rpm variable spindle make it ideal for precision e.max milling and titanium abutments while the T8 Pro handles zirconia.

MEK X5

Dry mill — zirconia pre-sintering station

The X5 handles dry milling of pre-sintered zirconia blocks — the first stage of zirconia fabrication before the sintering furnace. Its dedicated role keeps the T8 Pro free for wet milling, maximising daily throughput.

Quality system

The 11-point acceptance spec.

Every unit passes a written clinical checklist — marginal fit, internal seating, proximal contacts, occlusion, shade, surface finish, anatomy, implant fit, sintering integrity, prescription match, and packaging — before it leaves the lab. Every status change is logged with a timestamp and a name.

This is not marketing. It is a document our lab head reviews and updates every week.
